I am looking for someone to sublease my room in an apartment in Bellevue Heights, which is located roughly 2 miles from Exit 199 on Old Hickory Blvd. in Bellevue. The current lease ends in June xxxx, but can be extended on a month-to-month basis.
I currently live with a roommate, a 30 year old (female) professional who has a small dog that is penned during the day while she is gone at work. She is typically gone during the workday and is at the apartment in the evening.
The apartment is an ideal situation for a roommate, there are 3 levels, the lower (basement level) has a den area, 1/2 bath, and Washer/Dryer area. The middle level is another living room area, a dining room, and the kitchen. The upper level is 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. The rent is $xxxx.00 total, to be split per person. There is also a water fee (between $20-25), a $12.00 trash fee, and a $2.00 pest fee. The electric is typically around $60-70 per person.
