A beautiful girl, Juno is full of energy and very smart but can be anxious about meeting new people. She warms up to folks quickly but we continue to work on her people-meeting skills. Juno knows many commands--like Sit, Down, Twirl, and Wait/Stay. She has a truly awesome Sit and Wait. She enjoys playing with most dogs but would also enjoy being the only dog in her forever home so she could have you all to herself. Juno is an outdoors-y dogshe would make a great hiking companion--and she walks beautifully on a leash. And shes a water dog, too! Swimming is one of her favorite things. She loves being petted and snuggling up close with her peopleand she works overtime in the giving-kisses department. But she needs a good leader to help build her confidence when meeting new people. Juno would do best in a home with a laid back and low key environment rather than in a home with a lot of family members and visitors constantly coming and going. Juno has been around cats at a local pet store and seems to do well around them. Juno is a 2-year old Golden Retriever/Shepherd mix and weighs about 50 lbs.
